Meet Jasmine

Hi, I’m Jasmine, the founder of Space to Grow OT. I’m a registered Occupational Therapist, partner, daughter, sister, aunt, and plant lover. My journey through life has been shaped by my unique experiences, and I bring this lived knowledge into my work as an OT.

Since completing my studies at Monash University in 2018, I’ve focused primarily on mental health and disability, gaining deep insights into the challenges people face when they don’t feel seen or understood. In founding Space to Grow OT, my mission is to offer a service that’s specifically tailored to neurodivergent women and gender diverse folk, a group whose experiences are often overlooked.

I believe neurodivergence is frequently misunderstood or underrepresented in general, but especially when experienced by women and marginalised communities such as people from gender-diverse and culturally-diverse communities. Social norms, gender expectations, and the way neurodivergence manifests differently in these communities can create unique challenges that are often dismissed or misdiagnosed. This can lead to feelings of isolation, frustration, or being unseen. By working exclusively with women and the gender diverse community, I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where they can explore and embrace their neurodivergent identity with the understanding and care they deserve.

My goal is to help my clients build on their strengths, develop practical strategies, and navigate life in a way that aligns with who they truly are. I’m here to offer compassionate, affirming guidance so that you can feel confident, empowered, and be your authentic self.
