Jasmine, Founder and Occupational Therapist
Jasmine is the founder of Space to Grow OT, a registered Occupational Therapist and qualified Horticulturalist. She is also a partner, daughter, sister, aunt, with a lifelong love of gardens, nature and plants.
Her journey through life has deeply shaped how she sees and supports others. Jasmine brings this lived experience into her work, creating space for understanding, compassion, and practical strategies that fit real life.
Since completing her OT studies at Monash University in 2018, Jasmine has focused on mental health and disability, gaining insight into the challenges people face when they don’t feel seen or understood. In founding Space to Grow OT, she set out to create a service specifically tailored to neurodivergent women and caregivers of neurodivergent people — two groups whose experiences are often overlooked.
Jasmine understands that neurodivergence is frequently misunderstood, especially in women. Social expectations, gender norms, and the ways neurodivergence can present uniquely can lead to misdiagnosis, misunderstanding, or invisibility. By working exclusively with women, she provides a safe, affirming, and supportive space where women can explore and embrace their neurodivergent identity.
Jasmine is currently working on ways she can incorporate horticulture into her work as an OT, since completing her studies at Melbourne Polytechnic in 2025.

Jack, Admin Assistant

Jack is the administrative assistant at Space to Grow OT, bringing top-notch tech and organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
He ensures our processes are seamless, allowing Jasmine to focus on supporting clients. Jack is also the go-to person for any inquiries regarding appointments.
Outside of work, Jack rides his bicycle everywhere, is currently writing a thesis on compound climate disasters, and has a particular dislike of water in his ears. We’re grateful to have his warm, motivated, and delightfully kooky energy as part of the team!
