1:1 Occupational Therapy
Building your Capacity.
- Tailored 1:1 Occupational Therapy to support neurodivergent women in building the skills and strategies they need to navigate daily life with confidence.
- Together, we’ll identify the key pressure points in your life, and move through an occupational therapy process to propel you towards achieving your goals.
- Our focus areas may be on supporting sustainable rhythms/routines, connecting to your identity and self-understanding, learning to live within your window of tolerance, executive functioning to succeed in juggling your responsibilities, and more.

- We provide caregiver support to those supporting a neurodivergent person. This approach is suitable when the neurodivergent person is unable to engage in therapy directly but still needs support, or when the caregiver needs additional support to build their skills and a supportive home environment.
- Whether you’re looking for strategies to assist with daily routines, effective communication, burnout recovery, or moving through difficult periods of transition (e.g. school to adulthood), we’re here to offer guidance and practical tools tailored to your needs.
- Our caregiver support provides a space for you to process, reflect on and manage your needs so you don’t burn out.
