Our approach is grounded in the belief that every persons neurodivergent identity deserves to be recognised, celebrated and supported. We focus on empowering women, gender-diverse people and caregivers to build on their strengths, develop practical strategies for daily life and navigate challenges in a way that aligns with their true selves. Our goal is to offer compassionate, affirming guidance that helps our clients feel confident, capable and empowered.

Our Occupational Therapy Process
Our Occupational Therapy process guides the journey we take together.
In the first 1-3 sessions, we focus on understanding your needs. We then spend 1-2 sessions on planning, before shifting most of our time to the practical work of implementing strategies.
As we review progress, new areas of focus may emerge, and we may revisit the OT process to explore these further.
Throughout our time together, we’ll move between different phases of the process as needed to best support your goals.

The Focus in Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy aims to help you engage in meaningful activities (what OT’s call “occupations”) that are important to your daily life. Occupational therapists work with you to improve your ability to perform tasks that you find meaningful and necessary, whether these are related to work, self-care, leisure, or social participation.
You can work with your occupational therapist to explore areas like self-understanding, sensory sensitivities, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. Together, we can develop strategies for daily tasks, social interactions, and self-advocacy, while also addressing work, school, or relationship challenges. We’ll create routines that support your well-being, navigate transitions, and work on life skills, all tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
